Poems written during SAFe training

So I was in SAFe training, which is an almost agile development methodology and was bored.   I had already done SCRUM training twice.   SCRUM is another agile methodology and a component of SAFe.   So I did the mature thing and wrote poetry instead of paying attention.   It wasn't very good and it is sort of geeky, I am a software engineer after all.

Here are the poems that I wrote in those two days:

Shall I compare thee to agile

When scaling scrum process

For things that take a while

And have some chance of success

As the project owners crack the whip

And the deadlines approach

The team must limit the WIP

The process is beyond reproach

Just stay on the train

And update the charts

As the team is under strain

Making progress in fits and starts

It will inevitably fail

And be used as a cautionary tale
